Gun Trusts: What Are They? Are They Worth Doing? Cost?
I've received numerous inquiries from Law of Self Defense Members to cover the subject of gun trusts. These are legal trusts that can be set up to act as the formal legal entity that owns firearms, fully-automatic firearms, suppressors, and other related regulated items.
As I often note, my own expertise is use-of-force law, not gun law. That said, I know many excellent attorneys who do have world-class knowledge of gun laws. Accordingly, I've reached out to one of them, Attorney Derek DeBrosse, of Munitions Law Group (http://munitionsgroup.com) out of Ohio, to be the first-ever guest on a Law of Self Defense live stream to discuss the subject of gun trusts.

Alright, everybody, welcome to the Law of Self Defense show on gun trust, the first show we’ve ever done with a guest on the show. See if this is actually going to go live on Facebook. And for our Law of Self Defense Members. It should be. There we go. Alright. And I see it popping up. All right, awesome. So we are live on the air. With me is Attorney Derek DeBrosse (info@munitionsgroup.com).
So folks, the reason I asked Derek on, and Derek’s an attorney I’ve known for quite a few years now. We’ve done some work together on self defense consult type cases before, with very positive outcomes, I’m pleased to say.
