Law of Self Defense News/Q&A Show
This LOSD News/Q&A Show will cover a number of topics, including:
Does home insurance cover you when you defend against an intruder?
Missouri's attempting to pass what's been called the controversial self-defense immunity law.
There's something going on with social media platform TikTok called the “Door Kick Challenge.” We'll talk about that a bit.
We'll talk about the conviction of Kayla Giles, who was formerly a member of USCCA, one of the self-defense, quote-unquote, insurance programs out there in the marketplace.
We'll talk about the upcoming movie theater popcorn trial of Curtis Reis that starts next week, I expect I'll be covering that live throughout the course of the trial starting on Monday morning. We always have to kind of play that by ear because we're never sure exactly what's going to be broadcast. But that's our plan at the moment.
And then a brief mention about my upcoming motorcycle trip to Texas Hill Country in just about a month, weather permitting. And of course, we're always seeking tips on how we can tips on things we we've not been there before. So any suggestions anybody has.
We'll also answer all LOSD Member and Superchat questions on these or other use-of-force law topics.

Okay, everybody, welcome to today’s Law of Self Defense News/Q&A Show. Hopefully we are live at this moment. That would be awesome trying to figure out all this technology stuff to do our live streaming. And it looks like in fact, that is working. There we go get that all set up.
For those who don’t know, I am Attorney Andrew Branca, for Law of Self Defense. Thank you. Thank you very much. It’s always greatly appreciated.
So we have a ton of stuff to cover in today’s News/Q&A Show. Our News/Q&A Ahows tend to cover a diversity of topics, kind of a catch all for issues, use-of-force law issues or cases or events that have come up during the week that by themselves probably don’t warrant an entire show, but which I think are sufficiently useful and interesting to share with all of you in the Law of Self Defense Community.
